Nikunj Mohanlal Kapadia is the one of the Promoters and is Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Mumbai. He looks after various functions in our Company while focusing on business expansion, financial planning and team leadership. He holds an experience of 29 years in the RPP industry. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation.
Munjal Nikunj Kapadia
Managing Director
Munjal Nikunj Kapadia is one of the Promoters and is Managing Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in plastics mould technology and a post diploma in plastic mould design from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology. He has successfully completed the session of the owner/president management program from Harvard Business School and a short term training programme on designing through AutoCAD from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology. He holds an experience of more than 29 years in the RPP industry. He looks after business development, product development, sales and marketing divisions of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation.
Mihir Nikunj Kapadia
Whole-time Director
Mihir Nikunj Kapadia is one of the Promoters and Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (sandwitch pattern) from University of Mumbai. He also holds a diploma in machine tools & maintenance engineering from the Board of Technical Examinations and a post graduate diploma in plastics engineering from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology. He holds an experience of more than 27 years in the RPP industry. He looks after operations with focus on optimising and automating manufacturing operations across our Company and overseeing the packaging division of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 1997.
Pratik Nikunj Kapadia
Whole-time Director
Pratik Nikunj Kapadia is one of the Promoters and Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a diploma in plastics mould technology from the Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology. He holds an experience of more than 23 years in the RPP industry. He looks after the battery casings division of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since 2001.
Anand Shailesh Bathiya
Independent Director
Anand Shailesh Bathiya is an Independent Director of our Company. He has passed examination of bachelor’s degree in commerce and bachelor’s degree in law from University of Mumbai. He holds a post graduate diploma in securities law course from Government Law College, Mumbai. He holds a certificate of practice as a chartered accountant. He has passed the information system audit assessment test conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also passed the final examination held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is currently working in S H B A & CO LLP as a partner. He is also the president of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society. He holds an experience of more than 15 years in corporate finance, strategic restructuring and capital markets. He is director on the board of IIFL Capital Services Limited and Abbey Cultural & Performance Association. He has joined our Company on March 11, 2025.
Sanjay Khubchand Israni
Independent Director
Sanjay Khubchand Israni is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a bachelor’s degree in laws from the University of Mumbai. He is a solicitor and a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He is currently working in Desai & Diwanji, Advocates & Solicitors as a partner. He holds an experience of more than 21 years in capital market, corporate advisory, real estate and commercial litigation. He has joined our Company on March 11, 2025.
Chitradurga Narasimha Murthy
Independent Director
Chitradurga Narasimha Murthy is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of technology (mechanical) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He was conferred the title of ‘Practitioner of NLP’(Neuro – Linguistic Programming) by Anil Thomas Fellowship and Delozier & Associates. He has also completed the DiSC trainer certification from Blanchard Research and Training India LLP and is a certified DiSC trainer. He has served as a member and president of ICF Mumbai Chapter. He previously worked in Huhtamaki PPL Limited (formerly known as The Paper Products Limited) as chief operating officer and executive director. He is a director on the board of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited. He has joined our Company on March 11, 2025.
Mita Dixit
Independent Director
Mita Dixit is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a degree of doctor of philosophy from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. She holds a certificate in family business advising conducted by the Family Firm Institute’s Global Education Network. She is associated with Equations Advisors Private Limited as a co-founder and director, wherein she leads family business advisory and management consultancy projects. She holds an experience of more than 6 years. She has also co-authored a book titled “The 5Gs of Family Business”. She has joined our Company on March 11, 2025. She is a director of various companies including Hindustan Construction Limited, Anuh Pharma Limited and Shetron Limited etc.
